We’re looking for dedicated, resilient, and energetic individuals to join our growing team in a range of rewarding roles: Role Type 1: SEMH Practitioner Support students (GCSE & Post-16) in the classroom, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their potential. Role Type 2: Intervention Support Take learning beyond the classroom—deliver therapeutic support and accompany students on exciting off-site activities like outdoor education, trampoline parks, and community trips. Role Type 3: Pastoral Support Be a key figure across three provisions—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and that every student’s plan is followed with care and consistency.
